Aufbau/Design:
Zwei Doppelbalg-Gummikompensatoren vereint mit einem 90° Bogen zum Einheitselement.
Wirkt als Doppelkompensator aus EPDM mit aufgezogenen Flanschen.
Die Flansche sind somit drehbar, sind standardmässig galvanisch verzinkt und können einfach an Rohrleitungen montiert werden.
Dehnung und Verkürzung durch Temperaturschwankungen sowie Quer- und Winkelbewegungen können absorbiert werden.
Die Kompensatoren sind standard mässig auf PN10 bei 20 ⁰C ausgelegt.
Material:
Flansche: St37, galvanisch verzinkt (blau)
St37 verzinkt ist nur bedingt für den Aussenbereich geeignet
Federkörper:
EPDM, ist gut beständig für glycolhaltige Medien bis zu 35%
Nenndruckstufen: PN10
Betriebstemperatur: -30 bis +80 °C
